In the House District 141 race, both Lanigan and Kidder got 2,476 votes during the Nov. 5 election – the only race of the 11 headed for a recount that is tied, according to Emily Cook, the director of communications for the Office of the Maine Secretary of State.

The recounts will include House District 141, where Sanford Republican candidate Lucas Lanigan tied with Democrat Patricia Kidder. Lanigan was charged in October with aggravated assault.
