Police in Wolcottville, Ind., were conducting a welfare check in a home when they found 32-year-old Rebecca Hughes dead with her children: Evelyn Newell, 8, Allison Newell, 6, and Amelia Newell, 5, the Indiana State Police Fort Wayne Post said in a statement.
