A St. Paul man was arrested on Monday in downtown Minneapolis after shooting a 14-year-old boy in a parking lot. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said officers heard gunfire around 4:22 p.m. and found evidence of shots fired in a parking lot near 5 th Street North and Hennepin Avenue.

A 14-year-old boy was shot and wounded outside a high school in St. Paul on Tuesday afternoon, police said. Police responded at 1:20 p.m. to Washington Technology Magnet School, off Rice Street and Arlington Avenue,

Around 1:20 p.m., officers were called to the 1400 block of Rice Street when they heard shots had been fired in the area.
