Felony charges have been filed against a man accused of fatally shooting two workers at Navy Pier on Tuesday. According to Chicago police, 36-year-old Raylon East, a South Shore resident, has been charged with two felony counts of first-degree murder and one felon count of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
